Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of thepeptideaudit.com (the “Site”), operated by The Peptide Audit (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Peptide Audit is an informational price-comparison and review directory. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship peptides. Vendors listed are independent third parties; any purchase you make is solely between you and that vendor, under the vendor's terms.

2. Research use only — not medical advice

All compounds referenced on the Site are offered by third parties for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by the FDA for human or animal use, and are not for human or animal consumption. Nothing on the Site — including prices, descriptions, calculators and articles — is medical advice, dosing guidance, or an endorsement of any use. Calculators perform unit conversions only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws on the purchase, possession and import of research chemicals.

4. Accounts

Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at support@thepeptideaudit.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Reviews and user content

• Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. Don't review a vendor you own, work for, or were paid or given anything of value to review.
• Don't post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that promotes human consumption of research compounds.
• You keep ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site.
• We moderate for these rules only. We don't remove honest negative reviews, and vendors cannot edit or remove reviews.
• Proof-of-purchase uploads are used only to verify a review and are deleted after moderation.

6. Prices, stock and vendor information

Prices and stock status are collected automatically from vendor websites twice a day (noon and midnight Central Time) and may be outdated or inaccurate. Always confirm the price and details on the vendor's own website before ordering. “Verified” and “tested” labels reflect our own experience with a vendor and are not a guarantee of any product's quality, purity or legality.

7. Affiliate links

Some links to vendors are affiliate links; we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change prices shown, reviews, ratings or rankings.

8. Giveaways

Giveaways are governed by their Official Rules on the giveaway page.

9. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break into accounts or the Site, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to break the law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PRODUCT, PURCHASE, OR ACT OF ANY VENDOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your purchases from vendors, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Site’s operator is based and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
